Richmond & remote
Personal AI training in Richmond, Virginia.
Learn to use ChatGPT or Claude on a task that matters to you, with plain-language explanations and time to practice.
First Charter AI provides one-to-one AI training for people in Richmond and remote clients. You do not need a technical background or a list of clever prompts. Bring a task you would like to make easier, whether you are starting from scratch or getting inconsistent results from a tool you already use.
Start with one real task.
A focused session gives us something concrete to work through together. That might mean drafting an email in your own voice, turning scattered notes into a plan, comparing information you have gathered, or building reusable instructions for work you do regularly.
We agree on the task before the session. During it, you practice providing useful context, asking follow-up questions, and checking the result. The aim is to leave with a process you can repeat, rather than a demonstration you have only watched.
A possible session.
Imagine you have rough notes for an update to a community group. Together, we turn them into a draft in your voice, check dates and claims against your notes, and save a reusable way to start next time. You decide what to send; the brief recap records the steps. This is an example of a session, not a client result.
What is included?
The price is $150 for a 45-minute personal AI session focused on one agreed task, including a brief written recap. There is no ongoing commitment. Initial consultations are complimentary.
Software subscriptions are separate from the session fee. We discuss any tool costs before work begins. Setup projects, team training, and continuing support are quoted separately.
Choose and use tools with confidence.
You can ask which tool fits your task, how to explain what you want, and what to do when an answer looks convincing but is wrong. We can work through how to keep reusable instructions and context organized, so you spend less time starting over.
You keep ownership of your accounts. We agree what information is appropriate to use, and you review important outputs before relying on them. For workplace tasks, we work within your employer’s rules for tools and data.

Watch the personal-priorities demo, to see how scattered information could become a useful brief. It uses fictional data and prepared responses, with no live AI connection; it illustrates a possible workflow rather than a client result.
